Joie Saliba

Joie is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian, and has four sons. After earning a degree in Elementary Education at Oklahoma State University, Joie taught at a Christian school for four years before venturing into the business world to open a restaurant with her husband. While taking time away from formal teaching, she coordinated her church nursery program and taught Sunday school.

 

After ten years in full-time restaurant operations, she returned to teaching on a smaller scale by homeschooling their sons. During that time, she co-chaired the Stillwater Spartans homeschool basketball committee which developed a competitive basketball team for local high school boys.

Joie is currently homeschooling two of her sons, assisting in two family businesses, and serving as director for the FLEET/LIT children's training program at Dimensions Center.
