Eden Helton

Eden moved to Stillwater in 2010 to attend Oklahoma State University. During that time, she met her now husband, BJ Helton; they were married in 2015. After graduating OSU in 2015 Eden pursued a career in BioStructural therapy through which she has been able to help people improve their spinal flexibility and mobility for the past 8 years.

Eden has been a member of Dimension Center since 2017 and has been a deliverance team member since its formation in 2019.

Outside of work and Dimensions Center, Eden enjoys acrylic pouring painting, wreath crafting, and spending time with her family. Eden and BJ have two children.
